In krav maga children learn about discipline and restraint of power, as well as how to channel they energy in positive directions and enjoyment. Krav Maga is a method of contact combat whose stated purpose is to teach every person (child, adolescent or adult) to defend themselves against assaults as are currently carried out in reality (fights, delinquency, sexual assault, etc.).

Krav Maga is a fighting method adapted to all age ranges. It can even be said that Krav Maga is from the beginning a method for graduates because it was founded in the IDF and is used to this day. Therefore beginning self-defense learning is good at any age and full learning is preferable at all.

No! No! And absolutely not! It is a common mistake to think that Krav Maga is a combination of several martial arts (like the MMA ). But Krav Maga today is a fighting method that stays for itself. it includes unique techniques for self-defense and attack techniques based on the biomechanical and movement aspect. The method was developed by Imi Sadeh-Or Lichtenfeld. The method continues to improve over the years to adapt itself to situations on the street.

The certifications range from an assistant instructor course to a senior coaching course, but all instructors and coaches in the method are certified under the Wingate Academic College in accordance with the Sports Law and each instructor / coach has undergone years of training and internship of training before actual independent coaching.

You can become and become a Krav Maga instructor after 4 years of continuous Krav Maga training and reaching level 4. A total of about 130 hours per year. As with any sporting activity especially one that involves phsical contact there is a window for injuries. But our instructors are experienced and retain the trainees as possible even in aggressive training. In addition there is adequate protection for every trainee so fatal injuries are rare.
